MEET OUR NEIGHBOR

FRANK CONSELMAN

Frank Conselman is the community-minded leader we need for the Rockwall ISD School Board. As a successful local business owner, Frank has the experience to balance budgets, cut waste, and stretch every tax dollar. As a father of four, Frank knows the importance of a parent’s voice in education, and he will work to ensure that every parent is heard throughout Rockwall ISD. Frank also understands that great teachers make great schools and he will prioritize supporting teachers.

Frank enjoys working with others—volunteering as a member of the PTA, serving as the former President of the Rockwall County YMCA Board, former President of the Rockwall Rotary Club, and twice being honored with the Rotary Club’s Service Above Self Award. In 2017, Frank was awarded the Carnegie Hero Medal for saving two men from drowning while on vacation in Florida.

Frank and his wife, Nicole, a local family practice physician, are proud parents of four children who have each grown up in the Rockwall ISD system. The Conselmans are members of First United Methodist Church in Rockwall.
